Our motto at ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification SafeFoodMS is Learn, Improve and Enforce. We will provide you with the tools to do just that! My job is to help you and your employees succeed. With 32 years experience in the teaching industry in food related education, safety and sanitation is a topic that comes easily. A variety of teaching techniques are used in the original ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification classes taught by SafeFoodMS to help you achieve certification which will be valid for five (5) years.
According to the Department of Health, each facility must have a certified person in charge present during all hours of operation and should “demonstrate knowledge” in sanitation and safety. ServSafe®Food Safety Manager Certification is the leading training in the food industry. Many facilities will need certification per work shift due to having a “person in charge” available during all hours of operation. SafeFoodMS has been approved by the Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana Departments of Health.
The Mississippi Health Department requires a certified person be physically be present where food is

Join ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification SafeFoodMS classes by selecting a date on the Registration link to participate in ServSafe® training. All classes are one (1) day classes which begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. You will need to arrive by 7:45 AM for check-in. You will need your ServSafe® book, #2 pencil, registration form, a picture ID and an eagerness to learn. ***Paper and online (Same day certification) are available! The locations for the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification classes taught by SafeFoodMS and may be at the following locations: RETI building located at 2650 Beach Blvd, Suite #5, Biloxi, MS, Fatty's Seafood, 3320 Hwy 11 N, Picayune, MS, 200 North Beach Restaurnt, Bay St Louis, MS and The Salvation Army, Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, 575 Division St, Biloxi, MS.

Payment for ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification class must be received before books will be mailed and registration to be official. If you register and need a book one week before class, you will be responsible for postage or make arrangements for book pick-up. This must be certified check, money order or through PayPal with your credit card, which is easy for you to do through the website. No refunds will be given and if you must reschedule, a $40 reschedule fee will be charged. Payment/registration valid 90 days.
